Is there a way to find content items that have changes that are not yet published? Mainly thinking of cases where someone thinks they published but didn’t. We have a mix of content that we Release and some that we never Release (for panoramas). I need a way to get a list of any content that has unpublished edits.

Unfortunately there is no report that will identify any report that has unpublished pages in it, However like tour work around, another I have seen used is to create a folder called “Unpublished” so when a content author makes any changes to a course that needs to be reviewed, it is moved into the “Unpublished” folder for review before it is reviewed and published.
This does have the risk of Human Error but provides some kind of management, without compromising the Content Title (if it is already released)
If anyone else has other models they use for managing content with Unpublished pages, it would be great to hear them.

I am not aware of any way to do this within the platform but it would be helpful if it could / does!
We do not release any content, only publish for our Panoramas. It would be helpful to see what courses have unpublished edits - I manage this currently within the Name of the Course, for the items we are actively updating and working on, I add the text “EDIT MODE” to the course name.
