We have a panorama using credits towards public VILT events. Is there a way to provision the public VILTs in their region to the panorama without having to do this manually as they are created?
I know tagging is probably the easy answer here, but since the tag defaults to all events of that type, they´re getting access to a lot of sessions that are private / not for their region.
Any suggestions on how to set this up?
Hi Alexi,
You are right in that Tagging is the best way to provision content to panoramas in bulk.
I would suggest in this case that you add a tag referencing the region that the vILT is applicable for and another tag for Non-Private, then you can use these tags to provision the content.
Using the new Bulk tag managemne released in the last two weeks should save you a lot of work here.
