Hi everyone! I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is having this issue.
We are receiving frequent complaints/issues from our users on their quiz taking experience. For many of our users, their quizzes are either freezing up on them or they are receiving pop-up error messages that require them to restart their quiz. I recognize that this is often a browser/Wi-Fi/software issue, but it is happening to users who are using updated browsers and strong Wi-Fi connections.
Our quizzes are built through Ti. They range from 10 questions to 100 questions based on the course. All quizzes have 5 attempts and specific time limits. Each time the user has to restart their quiz, that wastes one of their quiz attempts, which is why we receive emails from them, so we can forgive those wasted attempts.
Overall, is anyone else facing a similar issue with their users and course quizzes? I have submitted a help ticket to Ti on the topic, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the issue?
