Reduce number of active hours of "shareable" launch SCORM URL

launch links generated when a learner opens Scorm content in a new window expire only after 24 hours. This gives the recipient a lot of time to duplicate content or share it with someone else who is not suppose to have access to it. If possible, we should reduce the number of active hours of the url
