Success with Alchemer Surveys?

I’m wondering if anyone has had success integrating an Alchemer survey into a course? We can link to the survey easily enough, and the learner can take the survey. The problem is that taking the survey is a completion criteria for CE credit for the course. After completing the survey, TI does not record the course as complete in the learner record. Whether it’s an issue with what Alchemer is sending or what TI is receiving, we don’t know. We’ve tried to get help from Support and through the Development team, with no luck at all. I’d love to see if others are having success with Alchemer this way.
