Question of the Week #4: How are you integrating social learning and communities into your learning structure?
We use a lot of discussion pages during our courses and ask learners to post videos to share their ideas or practice their “assignments.” We struggle to get our trainers to spend the time here which would increase the learner engagement if they were more active.
