Has anyone ever encountered this?: Learner can select answers in surveys but then can’t submit? I’m thinking it’s something with the individual’s firewall, not saying it’s a Ti glitch. But I wanted to check here if anyone experienced it or had suggestions for how to address it. (Obvious workaround is to use a different device but in some cases learners don’t have a second device to try.) Thanks in advance!

My first thought is always to have the learner clear their cookies and cache in their web browser. The second thought is to make sure pop-ups are not blocked (I’m not sure on surveys, this may not matter). They could also try to take the survey using an incognito browser window.
