We are only using subscriptions as a way to have a recurring payment for panoramas. I don’t think we are using them the way TI intends - the buyer gets access to 1 course upon first and recurring payments automatically, then we create & maintain the pano manually.
fyi - there is no way to get data on subscription cancellations that I can find. All the reports only show purchases. There is a manager notification for subscription cancellations, but unfortunately it relies on a webhook & we use Zapier, which sometimes is unreliable.
