We would like to create collections that comprise of a content piece (Certification exam) and a subscription (all courses). TI documentation seems to suggest that this is possible, but we have not figured out a way to do it. Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve this, if it’s indeed possible? Thank you!

Hi @FCioanca ! Thank you for your message.

When configuring a collection, you can control the following (in terms of content):

  • Bundle Courses, Micro-Courses, Webinars, ILT's, Articles, and Videos together
  • Add Learning Paths into collections
  • Bundle Products together with the content.

Subscriptions are a separate ecommerce item that can include:

  • Courses, Micro-Content, Webinars, ILT’s, Articles and Videos.
  • Learning Paths.

However, it is not functionality to include Subscriptions in Collections.

Below are some resources with details on how to bundle your content:

Hope you find this helpful!

Thank you for your response. We create and use collections and subscriptions on a regular basis. We were interested in a new use case (if TI functionality allows), to create a different type of collection that bundles one specific content item (exam) with a subscription (that includes only courses).

Hi @FCioanca!

Our pleasure! We have contacted your CSM and they will be in touch with you soon.
