Anyone using a chatbot on their site? We would primarily like to use it for our public-facing pages as people are considering buying and getting started with our training. We might consider it in our courses as well, but we have limited live support hours.

If so, what system are you using? I would love to see it in action - can you share a link if public-facing?

Most of the time it’s basically like FAQs, but we turn it to be used live for specific events


We use Tawk for this on our main site, but have not tried to implement this into our TI site, though I suspect you could with custom scripts.
