Are we as Ti customers able to incorporate notifications on our own customers’ dashboards that are similar to what Ti uses to promote their new content/fixes (homepage pop-up) and Cognition registration (slide-out in the bottom corner of the homepage)? If yes, how do we go about that? Is it all CSS?
Aside from Learner Notification emails, we want to use notifications that will appear while the learner is either on their dashboard or at check-out.
