Are we as Ti customers able to incorporate notifications on our own customers’ dashboards that are similar to what Ti uses to promote their new content/fixes (homepage pop-up) and Cognition registration (slide-out in the bottom corner of the homepage)? If yes, how do we go about that? Is it all CSS?

Aside from Learner Notification emails, we want to use notifications that will appear while the learner is either on their dashboard or at check-out.

@madelinefiretech @LisaRollins That is not a feature.  They are just using HTML and CSS for that.  It can go in the custom code of the header.  Here is a link to w3schools on how to do a simple one.  How To Create a Callout Message Box (w3schools.com)

only seeing this now, We use Appcues for the popups, but clients have used other tools like Walk Me & Pendo before too.
