I’m Richard Scott, and I have the privilege of leading our Professional Services team here at Thought Industries. My team’s mission is all about empowering our customers and driving value—quickly, iteratively, and with impact.

I’ve been part of the Thought Industries family since 2021, bringing experience from leading services teams at companies like PROS and Accenture. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on building strong partnerships and delivering meaningful results.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking with my dog through the stunning landscapes of my home in British Columbia or exploring new destinations—always on the hunt for incredible food and rich cultural experiences.
