Hi everyone,

I’m Sara Hatch and I’m a Technical Consultant at Thought Industries. I’ve been with Thought Industries for 5 years and I love solving complex problems. If you’ve put in Support tickets before then you’ve probably spoken to me! I love working at TI and helping customers get the most out of our platform. 

I live in Massachusetts with my wife with whom I share a love of food, movies, and conversations about astrophysics. In my free time, I spend time knitting and I host a weekly crafting night online with my best friend. I’m a tireless, sometimes heartbroken, supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC based in London and I follow lots of other sports. I love history and trivia and don’t get me started on something that you don’t want to hear all the facts I know about.
