You can run a cert report with the ALL cert URLs.   Pick by person or by content.

Thanks - additional clarification: I”m speaking of SCORM Connect, not only Scorm files. Also, I”m looking to not just see who has completed certificates, but how a Client Admin could download via batches their users’ actual certificates. In SCORM connect, the users do not have access to them as with other learners. The Admin can download 3 at a time, but I am looking for how to do many more at one time. Looking for a solution for our clients.

​@LisaUK SCORM connect or not, the cert has a URL that can be derived from a report.  There are no batch processing for downloading certs but it’s been requested.

​@LisaUK The only reason your customer can view three at a time is that there LMS allows it.  There is an API endpoint for Certificates.  I would ask support.
