Hi folks,
I’m stumped and I thought I would run this question by you all.
I have a learning path that has a milestone with a few items inside of it.

What I want to do is create a dashboard in Ti that mimics a handmade sheet in excel (that unfortunately we use).

I created a dashboard like this…..

It works (sort of) but it does not show the other items in the learning path that Amos has not completed.
My filters look like this…………….

Content details lists all of the items in the learning path.
Content status lists all of the options including ‘not enrolled’ and ‘not started’.
My thoughts tell me I should be seeing the learning items in the path that he has not
enrolled in or started as well.
What am I missing?
Much thanks!

Ti folks, is this a bug?

Hi @oscar_a_wiggy

Thank you for your patience. We are investigating internally. Could you share the URL to the dashboard you created? I cannot comment if this is a bug or not. However, you can start a ticket with our support team who can validate and employ our technical investigation team for potential next steps.

Many thanks!

@jeannehurtz @oscar_a_wiggy  No bug.  Try another field in the filter and always tell what Question your Look started from because tables and datapoints are different in most.  If this is a LP report, back up.  Make it a content report and use the filter for “What Are My Learner Details?”

hi Charles,

thank you for the reply. i have been unable to work on this task for a while, so apologies for the long delay. i checked and the report type is...

Content Actions Log (Site)

and i do have the filters set up the way you describe above…

i don’t know the look that spawned this work. but i do know that i have another dashboard with a look in it that was used for something similar, which i did a ‘save as’ from.

idea…

maybe i should try this again but from a fresh look.

thoughts?

Hi Oscar

Thanks for your question! Our reports are action-based, meaning they only reflect data tied to actions that have already occurred. If no action has been taken on a piece of content there won’t be any results shown in the report.

The logic behind these reports doesn’t anticipate or include data for actions that haven’t happened yet — it simply records and displays what has already occurred.

If you’re expecting to see data but don’t, it often means the user hasn’t yet taken the necessary action.

Thank you,

Karen
