We have great plans in store to increase the assistance we provide you and your organization as part of our new Scaled Support approach.

With that in mind we are excited to introduce a new enhancement to the Admin Homepage where we have added Resource Tiles to give you direct access into the Academy, Help Center, Community, Open Sessions and Office Hours. Admin users will see the tiles as soon as they log in to the Thought Industries platform.

SSO is included so you don’t need to remember credentials for any of the sites, and you can also register for the Open Sessions or Office Hours from the tiles.
