We have custom fields that allow multiple values - and sometimes this would help our customers narrow down their options when searching in the catalog. Right now when they choose a value, that custom field section disappears and they cannot choose a 2nd value. 

Am I missing some way to change this?

This is something that we struggle with as well. I’m hoping site builder might bring improvements to catalog filtering
