I like the Example 1 and would like to implement it, but when I do, the text of the pages in the menu gets even smaller and is hard to read. How do I change the page titles to a bigger size in the menu bar?

how do i change the little house icon?

hello everybody,happy wednesday.many of my customers have said that the little house icon (that takes them back home) is way to small and way to faint to catch their eye. has anyone figured out a way to change this? i’d like to make it larger and easier to see.thanks

Problems Rescheduling Events

Does anyone else experience problems when trying to reschedule an event ?  We find that if we edit an existing event date, the change is not automatically updated in the accounts of the registered students.Nearly all of our events are Virtual Learning events so I am not sure if this problem is unique to this event type of if it also occurs with other types (webinar for example).The work around is to delete the event and create a new one from scratch but this is not ideal. Rescheduling an event is basic function of an LMS, so I would expect it to be easy.  Has anyone else experience this or has a better (simpler) work around ?

How can we force the catalog filter to be in numerical ascending order

How can we force a catalog filter to be in numerical ascending order? The system reads 1, 11, 6 when it should read 1, 6, 11. I’ve tried adding spaces before the hyphen (ex: 6-11, 6 - 11). The value sort order in settings is “Ascending by name” which is supposed to be ordered based on name starting with '1' or 'a'. We have this issue with both time to complete and cost filters. Thanks!

We've updated Certificates, can Learners download a new certificate (with old data)

HI - Here’s our use case.We posted certificates that and several hundred people have earned our certificate. But we realized that the resolution is very poor and want to reissue better looking certificates. Is there a way to allow students to go in and redownload the certificate with the new image and their actual completion date (in the past). Thanks!Joe

Individual video ratings for reporting

It looks like that the 5-star ratings for video assets are only available as an aggregated average at the moment. To combine the ratings with other performance measures of a specific video, I would like to be able to access individual star ratings as well. Is there a way I can access this individual data?

Issue with Focus Trap editing

We’re using the Article content type and have added a workaround for a side nav. (The page has a ton of content and is really long, so we added a sticky side nav.) We’re using checkboxes styled with CSS to look like a nav, and some JavaScript to open and close sections for a sub-nav.The issue is when we try to edit the Body section. If we try to position the cursor down the page (scroll down to some section and click the cursor to start editing), it just pops back to the top. In my searching it seems that it’s the hidden child side nav not playing well with the Focus Trap stuff. Is there a way to remove the Focus Trap or override it with CSS?(I’ve done a lot of experimenting with adding tabindex to the nav that didn’t work. Also, we can’t use the microcourse type, which has a kind of side nav, because it won’t support targeted linking between pages, which we need to do.)

Custom Reports - Filtered Measures

I’ve created our own badge integration with Credly and I want to track total customer badges earned across the platform on a group dashboard for leadership. This means I have to capture data for each assessment tied ot the badge trigger and filter out internal employees.I’m using tagging to accomplish this using the following parameters:1. There are 2 ways to earn every badge: By either passing the pre or post test. However, some people are choosing to take both and passing both and I don't want to count individuals twice. So I need a way to count by the badge earned. My solution was to tag the assessments by the badge name and use a distinct count per tag, but I'm open to other methods and suggestions.2. Badging is an integration and is triggered upon passing the above assessments, so it's not registered in TI. I can only use assessment passed to determine badges awarded.Filters:Email (does not contain) {employee email domain} Assessments Passed = yes, Content Tags Tag (is) {designate

SSO URLs

We have SSO set up for our instance and would like to be able to share links for content for our users that would direct them to the SSO login rather than the TI login and then redirect them to the content we listed. I have talked to one person who has this set up for their org using a SSO URL Generator, but I wanted to see if others were doing this and if so, how you set it up? Thanks!

Okta tile to Thought Industries Learner Dashboard question

Question for those that use Okta as the SSO provider for your LMS. We have to regularly instruct users to navigate to Okta first, use the Ti tile inside of Okta to properly authenticate to the LMS.Curiosity got the best of me and did some testing by copying the link from the Okta tile. It’s broken down as such: I’ve covered the actual URL but replaced it with Orange Text so that hopefully someone smarter than me can answer my end question.Using a URL similar to the one above (assuming I right-click the Okta tile, copy link, and paste it into a text editor), can I append a “course detail page” slug to the end of this? The end goal would be to share a link to a course or Learning Path that will automatically push them through Okta for SSO auth, then use the course/learning path slug to go directly to that content’s detail page. Right now, if we share a detail page link internally, it takes them to the “public” site and doesn’t automatically log them into their learner profile. Please sha

Custom Scripts Custom Pages

Folks, I need help.  I got a guy who wants his page to have a gradient background and I have never been able to get custom scripts to do anything functional and sometimes it doesn’t like the script so won’t save it.  I put this in there as an example to share and it does absolutely nothing.  Thoughts? Suggestions?  There is not a single page of documentation on this, and I have not in nearly 6 years heard of anyone pulling anything off with this option on a custom page, but I do see people with page backgrounds.  Help plz.

Panorama Reporting

We have a client asking for the ability to set up Scheduled Reports. From my research, it is my understanding that that feature is currently not available in the first version of Panorama Reporting.Is there a timeline or estimate on when this option may be on the product roadmap? Thank you!

How can I find content with edits yet to be published?

Is there a way to find content items that have changes that are not yet published? Mainly thinking of cases where someone thinks they published but didn’t. We have a mix of content that we Release and some that we never Release (for panoramas). I need a way to get a list of any content that has unpublished edits.

Test/Exam Engine Integration with TI

Hello everyone, We are currently using TI for our online certification exam for our customers but we require more functionalities so we are looking at other platforms or test engines that can deliver our requirements. Can anyone recommend third party companies that you heard have been integrated to TI for running tests/exams and certifications? I heard Alchemer is in the pipeline. Anyone has worked with Qualtrics? Question Mark?  Appreciate if you can recommend any other companies based on your experience (successfully integrated with TI)

Setting Asset Library SCORM Files to show as complete across all instances of use.

Hi All, I am currently looking at how we can have a piece of content specifically SCORM marked as complete when another piece of content is completed, a kind of If this then that (ITTT).For example, we have a SCORM package in the asset library, and it's used in two courses, Course A and Course B, but maybe for different reasons, so maybe Course B is more advanced and has more content included on additional pages of the course, So someone completes Course B, and so because they have gone through that SCORM Package, Course A is now redundant to them and so that too should be marked as complete for them as the content adds no other value if they were to start it.I reached out to TI a while back, One of the platform SCORM experts, said, the SCORM package in Course A will be marked completed when launched. If that is the only content in Course A, then the entire Course A will be marked as complete when the student who already completed Course B starts Course A. If there is other content in

I'm losing my mind. All of our users have extreme difficulty dealing with TI's native OOTB course content because their navigation sucks. It's super easy to skip important content, it's hard to know what content you've skipped, it's causing endless support tickets.Okay, fine, we have new content creation software, we will build everything in there (with proper navigation) and just build SCORM courses instead. We've started doing this, and support tickets are going down for those courses. Great! As long as we are creating a net new SCORM course, everything works fine.Now, we want to go back through our backlog of TI-created content and replace it with SCORM files. If we create net new courses, we lose all of the configuration stuff and have to redo it (catalog settings, etc) and we also lose the data associated with the old version of the course - registrations, completions, etc. A lot of these courses are embedded within learning paths, so creating a whole new course and inserting it i

Need help with Header Dashboard Alignment

Need help with header dashboard in the panorama. We have global settings for all panorama’s and I want to make adjustments to the header banner. Currently it overlaps with the background and I would like for the header in the dashboard to be aligned with the main container. This is a screenshot of how it is currently.  The CSS code that we currently have is not changing the alignment of the header banner only the background color and text color. Existing CSS code:.header--microsite,.header--dashboard {  background-color: #000000;  color: #fff;  padding-top: 11px;}In our sandbox, the header banner is aligned which is what I would like for the production site. There is no CSS codes in the Sandbox so unable to see what CSS code was used.Does anyone know the CSS code on how to align the header dashboard? Remove View Details on Catalog widget

I’d like to set up a page with just a calendar list of our upcoming VILT sessions and I can do that, however, I’d also like to remove the View Details option and just display the date and time and title of the sessions. This is for our internal team to see our upcoming trainings, but I don’t want anyone to be able to click View Details or to try to register via that page. Any ideas on how I can remove the View Details option from the Catalog widget?

Video settings: how to turn off the "Mark as Watched" option

Hello there,we upload recordings of sessions and webinars, normally uploading the file into a course within a Video page.It’s usually fine, but we noticed that some of the videos display a "Mark as Watched” option on the top right of the video widget. I checked multiple times the settings and they are the same as other videos.I could not find any information on TI help pages and videos, and I can’t find the way to remove that option. Anyone knows where it comes from and how I can deactivate it from the course?Thanks

Hi all, I know this should be a no-brainer, so sorry about asking a simple questions. I am trying to use a Featured Content Widget to dynamically show only the content the learner is enrolled in. Hi everyone,I’m curious if any of you are using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track page views on your Thought Industries platform. If so, I’d love to hear your experiences. Are you finding that GA4 is accurately capturing your site traffic and page views?Also, if you’re using GA4, how did you go about setting up the tracking scripts in Thought Industries?
