I was first introduced to TI as a client in 2019 and joined the Thought Industries team in 2024, allowing me to continue my passion for project management while staying customer-centric. Outside of work, I spend most of my time supporting my bonus kid in all of her endeavors to live a full life as a soon-to-be college student. My husband and I, along with the kiddo, reside in South Carolina, and we have 3 fur babies and adore traveling, live theatre, and sports. As the Senior Customer Education Manager for NuORDER by Lightspeed, I help retail and wholesale brands adopt our platform with minimal friction. Through strategic education initiatives, I ensure that every stakeholder—from IT to Operations—gains the knowledge and tools needed to maximize NuORDER’s value. Both internally with our Level Up series and externally with our Customer Education program.By leveraging AI-driven automation and subject matter expertise, I help streamline the content development process and with Thought Industries making up the foundation of our technology stack we’ve been able to offer customers a unique and effective experience.On my downtime I am an avid adventure motorcyclist who is fond of sleeping under the stars and exploring this great country of ours one night at a time.

I’ve been here since 2019 and since then I have worked with our Professional Services, Product, and our Technical Support teams—it’s definitely safe to say I love working here! 😆 Some days you may find me in your Support tickets, responding to your Community posts, or engaging with you in an email, other days you may not directly interact with me but chances are I may have been a part of a solutioning conversation pertaining to you!When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at the beach, reading a book, cooking, or likely doing something that engages my parasympathetic nervous system because I enjoy my peace. I love the countryside surrounded by nature, wildlife, mountains and quiet.
