Hello-I am trying to quality check my MAU report by referencing other MAU reports described by your users. I’d like to review the filters/criteria in the MAU report on the Report page but TI doesn’t let me see which report was used. It would be great if you could just list, for MAUs for example, the 5 most common ways people build that report, using your base reports as a start. But as it is, it’s challenging to navigate. So I’ll ask my specific question here: What is the best base report to use if I am trying t count all monthly users who have registered for, enrolled in, or taken any action on a piece of content? Maybe @jeannehurtz you can help since you were able to help another customer?
Is there a way for me to move the Rating (5 stars) to the top or bottom of an article/video rather than only displaying it to the side in a sidebar? The sidebar takes up so much space on the page, so I have turned it off, but I would like to get feedback on individual articles/videos. So, any options for displaying above or below?
I know that TI is not designed to have 1 learner in more than 1 panorama, but I’m guessing there is someone out there who has had to deal with this. We have a customer who may (most likely) have some crossover customers with our main customer base & some of our pano customers, so we are trying to come up with some solutions on how best to deal with this -my first idea is to have their learners use a bogus email address, but I really don’t love that idea.Would love to hear what anyone else has done. Thanks!
SummaryHow much time are learners investing in your content each month? Is it trending up or down? Let’s dive in and see how we can track this!Requirement OverviewIf any of these requirements fit your end goal, this may be the play for you.Requirement 1: Visibility into whether learner engagement is increasing or decreasing over time Requirement 2: Assess if the investment in content development is paying off in terms of learner usage Requirement 3: Require data to guide decisions about where to expand, update, or retire contentFunctional area to be used:Reporting > CreateCore Functionality Configurations:Description:Use the What is the average completion progress on a content item? Hello! Wanted to know if anyone else is having any issues with emails that are sent from the TI system not being received by customers?Currently, it seems that about 10% of our gift invite emails (ecommerce - buy 1 as a gift) are not being received by the gifted recipient & are not going to spam either. The email activity report shows them as delivered (usually with some notes that I can’t actually decipher). We tried to edit the email to remove some potentially questionable content that AI identified as possibly questionable: ex- removed “accept gift” and changed to “access your course”. This didn’t seem to make a difference.Just posting here to see if anyone is having similar issues or if you have any ideas for us.Thanks!
Does anyone know whether a new learner can use anything other than an email address for their username when creating their account via redemption code? Or if they are invited manually?
Summary:Would you like to view completion rates compared with enrollments to see how effectively your content is engaging learners? If content completion is the end goal for learners taking your content, this report can help give insight into how your content is performing each month.Requirement Overview:If any of these requirements fit your end goal, this may be the play for you.Requirement 1: Track how completions stack up against enrollments each month Requirement 2: Display the completions and enrollments in an easy to read bar graphFunctional area to be used:Reporting > CreateCore Functionality Configurations:Description:Using any Explore in the Content Actions Log (Site) section of the Create page, display timestamp by month, Content Actions Enrollment Count, and Content Actions Completed Count and turn into column visualization.Configuration:Navigate to the Reporting > Create page (learn/manager/reporting-hub/custom-reports). On the Details page for a course, if a learner doesn’t have access, it shows a JS Error modal with the message: “Sorry, we are not quite ready yet, come back soon!” (image below). Is that something we can customize in the platform? I searched the Translation section and am not finding it.
Hi! I want to use discussion boards and discussion assignments in one of the asynchronous courses. How to set it up so that the person responsible for the course can get email notification about a new comment in their course and can react and response to a comment and keep the discussion flowing? Thank you for explanation!
We have badges setup through Credly but when I go to pull reports on awards I do not see them as being included. Per an article from TI: https://support.thoughtindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045745594-Setting-Up-Gamification “Reporting on awards is available at Reporting > Reports > Learner Actions > Awards Details. Here you can filter by award type, date, learner, or role type as well as download the report.” Why are these excluded? I am aware I can pull reports in Credly but I am trying to compare numbers because they are off from one system to another.
We have Skip the course detail page when the learner has access on to make the enrollment experience smoother. However, the redirection seems very slow and the details page is still visible for a split second. Is this something that can be improved? We were thinking of using the External detail link to avoid this. How do these two features work together? What are some scenarios we might not be thinking of here?
We currently have SSO set up for our instance via an icon in our product that directs users to one of our panoramas and provisions content based on their role in our product. It works great. However, we also need users to be able to log in since they use a different product. So, we split them into two different panoramas - one for SSO and one for logins only. We are looking to set up the SSO for the one panorama only, but running into the snag that we have users who SSO into our product, so we don’t own their identify, we just verify it and let them in. So, it appears that if a user SSOs into our product, we wouldn’t be able to kick them over to TI because TI won’t be able to also verify their information? Has anyone dealt with this? We do not want to create a panorama for each customer and set up a different SSO for each customer.
