Does anyone have a user guide that they created to show their managers and/or instructors how to use the system? We are having a great deal of difficulty trying to create these. If anyone has one they would be willing to share, we will not divulge any confidential information. We just need some help. Thanks in advance.

I’m trying to create a report that shows which learners are associated with different subscriptions we’ve setup. While assigned subscriptions are reflected in the Access section of the learner profile, I’m having difficulty finding the associated data field in the Reporting Hub. Does anyone have suggestions or have experience building similar reports? The default Subscription Transaction Log isn’t helpful in this situation as it only reflects paid subscription purchases and not any associated with registration codes.
Hello,I am using several test users to test functionalities in the platform.I assigned a dual role to one of my test accounts, and now I want to remove that dual role (So I want the test account to show into the learner bucket, not into one of the admins roles buckets).I tried choosing the “Learner” role from the drop down menu, but I get an error message.Is there a way for me to move delete the dual role feature from the account or move the account back to only be a learner and not having a dual role?Thanks
In the past, we were able to pull reports that would tell us how people enrolled in content (for example, did they enter the content from a Learning Path or from the Catalog?). However, in 2021, TI made a change with how Learning Paths are provisioned that removed this ability from the reports we build. This is where we need help. Has anyone found a way to view how a person enrolled in a course? (whether from the Learning Path or Catalog)
Hello friends!I’m starting this topic - not to be controversial - but to try to find out if it’s just our instance/user error; maybe get some “friend” support. We seem to have lots of glitches and errors and unexplainable issues with our system - for instance:Lots of error message pop-ups for admins & learners. One example: almost every time I edit an ecommerce product and try to save it, I get an error message (I have to click ok, then save again) I had a customer receive 2 redemption codes from a bulk purchase - the system is telling us that both of those codes were redeemed simultaneously (down to the exact second) when our learners are doing the “I forgot my password” - sometimes the emails send, sometimes they don't our learners have dashboard tabs that show there is content in there, but they can’t click them/access them completion certificates that have been awarded are missing from the learner profile & dashboardI feel like I could go on…Most of these have been submitt
Hello-Has anyone allowed a Pano manager to create content? Our CSM has told us that we should be able to create a custom role and add the permission “creating content” - but I believe what I am finding is if I base it off of a Panorama role type, it is error-ing out, can’t even log in to that account. If I use a Content Author manager and try to assign that manager to a panorama, it doesn’t allow me to do that either.We are getting in the weeds with Panoramas and manager roles - and are (understandably) being told by Ti support that this is difficult to support due to the massive amounts of customization - hoping there might be others out there who have done some of this.Thank you!
On the new release email, I see that there is a new report for meeting attendance….“You can now access all of your meeting rosters in one place. Our data engineering team has created a new dashboard that combines enrollment and attendance (roster) records for all meetings, including ILT and VILT meeting types with automated and manual attendance. Use this report to pull all attendance for a single learner, a course, or a specific period of time.Find the new “Learner Attended Meetings” dashboard by visiting Reporting Hub > Library.”Am I missing where to filter this by date? It is only showing back to the start of February for me and I don’t see how to adjust the dates?
We are updating our product and have all new courses coming out. We had a learning path for users to complete previously and I want them to still get credit for completing those. We are launching a new Learning Path and removing access to the other for new users and I don’t really want our current users to see those courses, but I do still want them to get credit for completing them since they are in essence the same content (just with the updates in the new versions.)So, if I archive those original courses/learning paths, will users still show in the data or on their transcripts that they completed those items? And will we be able to pull reports to show their work?I can’t seem to find this answer in any documentation about archiving.
I see this in Learning Path level reporting and a few other places but not sure that I know the definition of a Competency on the Ti platform. Anyone? In other LMS’s I have used, a competency was a set of Skills, which was achieved by one or more Learning Paths or other content. It was essentially just another container for content. Hopefully I am not missing something obvious. :)
Has anyone found a reliable way to track Daily Active Users/Monthly Active users across multiple Panoramas? At the individual Panorama level TI has the “Learner Usage” report which shows visits across time, but these need to be exported from each Panorama. At the main site level there is “Logins” which is part of the Reporting Hub Library, however, this report will not track users who access via SSO (it appears to only track username and password logins). Unfortunately, my organization is split between 50% of our clients using a password login method and 50% under SSO. If anyone has suggestions of where to start it would be appreciated!
Is anyone else having issues with their course reports not populating information? I know for a fact I have learners in this course who have completed content (because I confirmed it in the reporting hub) - but when I click into the actual individual course report all tabs are showing “no results.” Before I submit another ticket just want to see if this is a me issue or if others are seeing the same thing:

I noticed that when we add a learner to a panorama, the access expiration date doesn’t show up until that learner enrolls in a course, then the access expiration shows up on their Access detail page as a License expiration.A couple questions:if they never enroll in a course, do they just stay in the Panorama forever? or until removed? if they enroll in more than 1 course, the course expiration is the same for all courses even if course start dates are different. So what happens after the expiration date? I know they lose access to their courses and they can still see their certificates, etc. Can they get another invitation to the Panorama and start courses again? Will that count as another seat?Thank you!
We have a large number of eLearning courses (SCORM) uploaded to TI that include assessments. We are attempting to pull that assessment data (grades, passed/failed, questions and answers) but for eLearning courses this is only possible by going into the content section and pulling the SCORM report one course at a time which really is not possible with all the eLearning courses we have in TI. Does anyone have another solution? I could not find anything on the API page or the Help Center in TI on pulling SCORM reports on a large scale instead of one course at a time.
