We have managers who would love to get their learner’s certificates without having to go into each profile. Does anyone know of a way to send the completion email to the manager as well as to the learner? Or even if there could be a monthly report that included the link to the certificates?(grabbing at straws here!)Thanks!

January 31st release, learning path behavior will be enhanced so that learners must complete ALL required milestones in order to be marked Complete

Question regarding the upcoming update will this allow users to move onto the next milestone, even if they have not completed required content in the milestones?

Roster View for Panorama Client Admins

The only roster-like data that we can provide panorama admins is via reporting, which is very problematic because the reports are historic and list all enrollments. They are not the current state of enrollment for a course (not a current roster) and we can’t filter them to show only the current state.We really need a way to effectively provide panorama admins with a current roster because that is a function that most of our clients need, especially when there are seat limits set for vILT/ILT courses.This is related to and

Merge report feature

Just wanted to know if anyone used the merge report function and got the report correctly.I am trying to create a custom report based on the below filters:-1. All Sublicenses in the Panorama2. All Learner - Name and Email id3. Learner Content Status - Started, Completed5. Certificate Status - Earned Date and Expiry DateI tried to create a custom report based on the above requirements using the merge feature, I merged 2 reports - Learner Content Progress and Certificates, however the report is not giving me the expiry date of the certificates, but when I do individual certificate report the data has the expiry date.When I merge the certificate data with Learner content progress report the expiry date gets lost.Is there a suggestion for this, please.

Pull Content Actions Log for Courses in Learning Path

I’m trying to create some reports I can share with others regarding Learning Paths so they can easily track learner progression. Am I missing something regarding using a specific Learning Path(s) as a filter to show a learner’s progress on the courses within that Learning Path? I start with this report here: and I can’t seem to figure out how to add the course names to it.I feel like my ask is very simple and I’m just hoping it’s my newness to the platform is the problem.

Tracking Daily Active Users across Panoramas

Has anyone found a reliable way to track Daily Active Users/Monthly Active users across multiple Panoramas? At the individual Panorama level TI has the “Learner Usage” report which shows visits across time, but these need to be exported from each Panorama. At the main site level there is “Logins” which is part of the Reporting Hub Library, however, this report will not track users who access via SSO (it appears to only track username and password logins). Unfortunately, my organization is split between 50% of our clients using a password login method and 50% under SSO. If anyone has suggestions of where to start it would be appreciated!

Learner Report in Content Release section

Does anyone else use the reports that are found within content under the “Release” section? I’m finding the Learner report is often inconsistent in its reporting and wasn’t sure if it’s just our site or others too. Sometimes it will say I have no learners when there are active learners in the course, sometimes it will say I have a bunch of learners when they’re all expired (we limit days of access after enrollment).

Admin over-ride for failed login attempt lockout

I don’t disagree with the security reasoning for this feature, but we receive requests to assist users who are locked out. This seems like something site admins should be able to reset/undo, possibly panorama admins as well.

Archiving Courses

We are updating our product and have all new courses coming out. We had a learning path for users to complete previously and I want them to still get credit for completing those. We are launching a new Learning Path and removing access to the other for new users and I don’t really want our current users to see those courses, but I do still want them to get credit for completing them since they are in essence the same content (just with the updates in the new versions.)So, if I archive those original courses/learning paths, will users still show in the data or on their transcripts that they completed those items? And will we be able to pull reports to show their work?I can’t seem to find this answer in any documentation about archiving.

Do ILTs in a learning path respect the enrollment limit of the individual ILT?Here’s our scenario: We sell ILTs that have a hard limit of attendees so we use the “limit enrollment” feature within the ILTs Enrollment tab. We would like to be able to bundle 2 ILTs together for sale, but we want the individual ILTs enrollment number to be respected because we will still be selling the individual ILT as well.The question is: If we put 2 ILTs in a learning path, will the individual ILT enrollment limit be respected after a purchase of the learning path? Example:ILT A - enrollment limit = 10ILT B - enrollment limit = 10ILT Bundle = No enrollment limitUser A purchases ILT A individually > there are now 9 seats available for ILT AUser B purchases ILT Bundle > will the system remove 1 seat from each ILT so that there is now 8 seats available in ILT A & 9 seats available in ILT B? Anyone have any experience with this?

Using Power BI Embedded in TI

We have an interesting use case for our TI platform. We would like to be able to provide access to Power BI Embedded through the LMS. The Power BI Embedded would take the user to a Power BI report dashboard that has been customized for our learners (not TI data). Has anyone done this before? If so, how?

MS Teams as a Webinar tool

We need to have MS Teams as our choice for Webinars in TI , the problem is we have over 250 Instructors and we would need to authenticate these Instructors against the Teams integration section. We have recently found out that the TI - Teams connection from time to time needs to reconnect / re authenticate for each Instructor. This causes a problem for us as we need the Instructors to get into the system and do so, having a large number of Instructors is a big problem. Does anybody have the same issues and any workarounds.

Notifications

Has anyone used something to get learner notifications to be a “push” notification on a person’s device as opposed to an email? We have a youth product and am being told that the audience doesn’t use their email at all and want us to create something that would push a notification like an app does.

Questions about System Notifications to Learners settings

I have a few questions about the system notifications settings for admins. Are default notifications sent even if they’re not set up in the learner notifications area for specific courses or course groups? Or are emails only sent when the individual notification is created and a specific trigger is set? If a specific notification is disabled, does this mean individual emails set up in the learner notifications won’t be sent even though they’re set up to send based on triggers? How are course notifications emails classified in the system email activity report category? “Campaign” seems to be the only outlier category in the list of possible categories, but how could we determine whether an email sent was a “course starts next week” or “Course starts tomorrow” email.

Where are all of the places that the Course Group Title and Session Title appear?

I am trying to determine all of the places that a course group title and session title appear within the platform, e-mails, etc. I believe the course group title appears in the learner dashboard and I believe the session title appears in the certificate earned email, but other than those, I can’t see where else they would show up. If anyone has any additional information, it would be appreciated.

How long are learners taking to finish a course or path?

I would love to see a report that shows the duration learners spend within a course or path. If I have goals to ensure courses don’t take learners longer than X hours, this would be extremely helpful to see if it’s too difficult, or if people are just skipping through content and therefore taking much less time than I intended.
