Hi everyone!  We are considering using the native Ti to Credly integration but need to do testing to be sure we get the expected results.  We are being told by Ti support that the Ti sandbox cannot connect to Credly sandbox.  Have others had this experience?  If so, how did you test things?  Testing something new between production environments is not at all normal or really very excepted in the IT world.

We’re running into issues with emails being caught in wirewalls and being blocked on the learner side. Other than having a client whitelist a domain, which isn’t always possible, has anyone found a way to increase to success of emails being delivered?

Hello-Anyone out there that uses SCORM Connect files for customers? We have a couple of customers that we supply SCORM Connect course files to that use them in their company LMS. My question is about certificates - can a SCORM Connect user receive our Thought Industries completion certificate if they don’t have access to their Ti dashboard?Thanks!--Julie 

Will a registration code move a learner from one panorama to another or just between sublicenses within one panorama? We issued registration codes to current learners in one panorama, and the system will not send them to the new panorama when they redeem the new code, even if they are signed in. 

Hello, We are trying to build a report that shows the following information regarding content in our system: (I do not want to see any learner details)Content/Course Name/Title Content Type Custom Field: Last Reviewed Date Custom Field: Contact Person Tags (if possible)Purpose: for compliance purposes we have to prove we have reviewed content and updated as needed. We have created two custom fields to help us deliver this information but can’t seem to find a report option to even start this report as it’s all learner or view based … so if anyone can help that would be super!Thanks!!Julie

I have a theory that I am testing and if you have any experience to share that would be wonderful.  If content with Certificate assigned via API, the API assign content does NOT look back to reset previous completion and it disregards the rules of the Certificate.  If you want the completion to be reset then you will need to include that in an API call.  Additionally, if you want a new updated cert to follow completion then that too is an additional API call.  The summary here is that I believe if started with API grant access then it is additional API calls to manage recert and progress reset.  The LMS/LXP is assuming you have a complete API workflow.  The LMS does not handle API grant the same way it handles Admin grant access or Learner elective grant access.  Your input will be so appreciated.  Thank you.

Has anyone found a way to track user logins as a percent of total active accounts over time? We can see the total number of users who logged in every month, but are trying to find the total number of active user accounts (those which are in a non disabled state) that existed for a given month.Stated another way, of Y total number of active user accounts (those that are not disabled), X logged in for a particular month. We have X but we are looking for a way to calculate Y, on a monthly basis both for past and for future reporting.

Hello community, I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue we are experiencing with SCORM 2004 (4th edition) packages we are exporting from Articulate 360 Rise tool. We export them with the following settings:LMS - SCORM 2004 Edition - 4th Edition Tracking - Track using course completion - 100% Reporting - Complete/Incomplete Exit Course Link - ON Hide Cover Page - OFF Reset Learner Progress - OFFWe then import it into the Asset Library and create a SCORM page in a course. The SCORM Page has the following settings:Width - Default Height - Default Embed SCORM on page? - NO We did try this one on YES but the behavior remained the same. Anyone experiencing an issue with completion criteria that when you take a parent course, place it in a panorama and then set the time criteria to X (30 seconds in this case) that it propagates that time criteria up to the parent? Also, shouldn’t placing a course within a panorama isolate it so that changes of that type could be made to the panorama level course? Thanks! Thought that deselecting “force linear progress” might be an answer but that change pushes upward to the parent as well. 

Question came up around reporting. What kinds of reports are you using for you, for your learners, and for segmented populations using Panorama? I’ve heard a lot of different responses, and thought I’d ask you all.

Hi All,I need a little help from some TI experts to help talk through a scenario and think if there are any solutions - I had a few ideas but in testing, they did not pan out. We use Panoramas. Every customer of ours is in their own Panorama. Every customer gets an Admin for them to login and manage their own Learners. From the Pano Admin view, they can access our courses / content. My challenge is, that the courses we are currently working on for Edits or Pending Validation are also viewable to these customers. In the end, it's not a big deal but I would hate for them to see information that may not be fully defined, vetted, accurate, and cleaned up. All of these courses have EDIT MODE or DRAFT within their title, 1) for us to track internally on the backend and 2) my hope is that the customer Admin knows that they are currently being worked on and therefore may not be complete. My Question: Is there a way to find these courses

This morning we reviewed the upcoming redesign of the content creation flow by enabling the Preview toggle that has been made available.  We have a number of concerns with this new feature and would like to understand if this will be optional or if all users will be forced to accept this change?ConcernsCustom Content Types are not included in the new wizard.  This means that it adds both confusion and extra clicks each time we need to create a new content item (i.e. navigating to the Design Tab > catalog and change content type to a custom type). The UI is jarring and confusing - the screen background turns blue and all the navigation menu disappears. Our current content is stored within courses, we have a few quick reference guides so users can find documentation quicker. We have implemented drop-down header links for our most popular content, we have activated SEO search and have populated keywords, and we have added for each course a “topic” menu option. My question is can the “Search for Content” option return results for individual PDF pages within course materials instead of showing you the list of courses the PDF page instructions might be available in and having to then search within the course to find the PDF page?

I’m looking for a report that shows the pass/fail percentage of each individual question in an assessment. I don’t particularly care which answer folks are picking, or who is getting it right/ wrong. Just trying to get a grasp of which questions people are struggling with, and which ones might be a bit too easy.Does anyone know if this is possible/ how it can be done?Thanks in advance!

Has anyone ever encountered this?: Learner can select answers in surveys but then can’t submit? I’m thinking it’s something with the individual’s firewall, not saying it’s a Ti glitch. But I wanted to check here if anyone experienced it or had suggestions for how to address it. (Obvious workaround is to use a different device but in some cases learners don’t have a second device to try.) Thanks in advance!

Would love to start a discussion on how you manage your Continuing Education credits on your courses -We were very surprised that the Courses in TI did not have a “credit” field as a default - as our assumption was that almost all forms of online training would award some sort of credits/points. So with a suggestion from our implementation team, we started out by using “claim your award” at the end of each course - this did not go well, as many of our learners “missed” the Claim Your Award button, and became a customer support issue. It seemed that if the learner had met the completion criteria, they should just be awarded their credits & certificate.Our next solution was to create a custom content field for “credits awarded” and have added that field as a certificate field that shows up on the certificate & transcript. This way the credits are managed inside each course, not in the gamification Award section. (We don’t track our learner’s credits, just award t

Has anyone figured out the hard timing on notifications? We have a few that are set up to go X time before an event start date and find that the timing of when those go out are all over the place. It’s not a hard 24 hours, 1 hour, etc. When talking to TI, we’re not getting hard and fast rules and it’s throwing us off. For example, we had a person today enrolled in an ILT that started at 9am, but the notification didn’t go out until 9:05. We’re new to using notifications, so any help with the best practice on these would be really helpful.

Hello! Looking for insight as to how others may be managing reporting within TI. We currently are only looking at the native reporting options within our platform.We have learners who are completing knowledge assessments, receiving the confirmation certificate email that they have completed the assessment but are not appearing on the course level report as complete. If I go into the learner, I can see that they have completed the assessment. This is causing issues with our department leads as the reports are not showing correct data. If I create a new report, through the reporting hub (create > how are learners performing on assessments), we still do not see the full picture of the course / learners. Am I missing something? Anyone have any tricks?Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you! 

We are using learning paths for content and have the need to extend out the time frame from time to time. For example, they buy for 1 year, something happens and we want to extend their access by 2 more months. How are you managing this? In our conversations with content set up, it doesn’t seem like there is any way to manage this on TI if we enter in an expiration date/time frame. We’re being told to manage this time frame off platform and not enter an expiration date at all. This is just posing some internal challenges and wondering if anyone has figured out how to do it in TI?

We would like to create collections that comprise of a content piece (Certification exam) and a subscription (all courses). TI documentation seems to suggest that this is possible, but we have not figured out a way to do it. Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve this, if it’s indeed possible? Thank you!

Hey folks! Our org is looking into switching over from people paying outright for courses, to using training credits or tokens instead. Is anyone else doing that? How? What challenge and benefits have you seen?
