We have an accessibility checker that runs on our site - in the last run, it flagged a bunch of new issues as the requirements have been updated….most of which I cannot change. Anyone else working on Accessibility for their instance? 

It should not be a hidden secret to learn that there is a web editor in assessment options. 

I have inherited a Panorama that needs a little organizational tweaking. I want to change the Main Panorama name and a sublicense name. Here is my example:Current Pano name: Hero Current Sublicense name: Member Changes I want to make:New Pano name: Super Change Current Sublicense Name from Member to Hero (former Pano name)What type of repercussions should I expect from making a change like this?

We had someone mistype a tag and then it got applied to over 100 courses. We just finished changing it to the correct version of the tag, however we still see it in the list.Is there anyway to remove that Tag option from the dropdown so it doesn’t populate anymore?We’ve confirmed it doesn’t exist on any other courses now so it’s completely no longer in use.

I’m trying to write a query to prevent certain tagged content from displaying in the learner access widget so that learners only access this content via a LP and not each component individually. When I do no tag: “XXX” or - tag: “XXX” or saying tags instead of tag, it hides ALL the content in the widget and not just what I'm targeting. So then NOTHING displays in the widget at all. What am I doing wrong here? 

Is anyone using VR training for customers or employees, and if so what challenges have you found, if any, with any integration into the LMS?

Hi there, We currently have a Panorama we use for internal company training.We are looking for the best way to empower an employee manager to enroll/assign employees content as well as see progress of the employees on their team via a reporting dashboard. I realize we can create a custom role for managers, but I’m afraid we’d have to provide them too much training on the back end areas instead of just serving up the quick reports they’d need.Has anyone successfully done this and provided a “self serve reporting dashboard” without giving the managers access to too much of the admin area and totally overwhelming them with the back end of TI?Any ideas or recommendations are welcome!Thanks,Julie 

Is there any *easy* way to do convert a sublicense to its own Panorama? I’d love some guidance, suggestions, anything you can offer. I know I can copy the Panorama and retain the branding and provisioned content for the desired sublicense (delete the rest) - but what about the users and their content?Thanks!

We have a unique use case where users may potentially switch between two panorama views, this makes it extremely hard for reporting since the last visited panorama will be the one that the user now “lives” in. This means that despite the user previously completing an action in panorama A, their user reporting will reflect them as currently being in panorama B, meaning we potentially may be losing a lot of user data/ user action data when we filter reports by panorama (since we need to report on usage based for each panorama). Time-stamping exists in certain reports but we have not been able to successfully utilize the current reports for our purposes, essentially we’re looking for time-stamped panorama information to reliably filter for panorama A-only historical data. 

Hello friends!After this week’s Office Hours, I was inspired to create some learning paths! I have something showing up that is confusing and not needed - can anyone help me figure out what this is? & if I can remove it? I looked through Translations and couldn’t find this particular line. 

Am I overlooking how to reset a user’s Competency Assessment attempt?I configured an Competency Assessment in Courses > Settings > Competency Assessment, added it to a Learning Path Milestone, and configured it to only allow the learner to attempt it once.After I tested it and purposefully failed, I can see my results (Learning Path > Reporting > Competencies) but I cannot “Forgive” the attempt anywhere.I also do not see the “Assessment” under the Assessments section in the user activity, just one from a different course. Am I missing something? What’s the purpose of the Competency Assessment if I can’t forgive or use it to actually assess learners?

Hello! I vaguely remember during Office Hours the ability to disable the “Powered by Thought Industries” on our site. I searched my notes, the admin site, and help articles but was not successful in locating this information. Does anyone recall where we could go to review this within the platform? Thank you! 

We are hoping to populate a “recent news” catalog of articles, and would like to include articles with multiple tags for a specific Panorama.  For example, we’d like articles with the tag “News” as well as those tagged with “Instructor News” to be populated in this specific catalog. But from the catalog widget, it seems like I’m only able to use a single tag to populate the widget. I seem to break the widget when i modify tags:”News” with any additional tags.   Anyone doing something similar and know if this is possible?  

Wondering if anyone has a solution for this…  We very regularly need to adjust course completions for learners that get credit for a course that they didn’t actually complete. In this scenario, the learner will have logged into an ILT (so they show up on the attendance report) and then have to leave part way through. They look like they attended, so they are marked as such and then a completion certificate is issued. Days/weeks later, the learner contact customer service because they want to re-schedule the session they needed to leave early from. Customer service will change the completion status and the attended status allowing the learner to reschedule, however we can’t get the certificate to come off of the learner’s transcript.  TI has some people working on a solution to try to help using 3rd party tools, but we aren’t there yet. This doesn’t seem to be too off the wall and I’m wondering if anyone else may have figured out how to work through revoking a certificate? 

Anyone using a chatbot on their site? We would primarily like to use it for our public-facing pages as people are considering buying and getting started with our training. We might consider it in our courses as well, but we have limited live support hours.If so, what system are you using? I would love to see it in action - can you share a link if public-facing? Thank you!

How do you set the password for a section in a course? Here is the support article I was referencing but it does not mention how to actually set the password. I do not see this as an option in the course authoring page, nor in the details. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

We’re considering to use ribbons to put some emphasis on our new and updated courses. But since the ribbons have to be manually applied or removed, we have to figure out when we will remove them. Does anyone else use ribbons in this way? How are you handling it?

We have managers who would love to get their learner’s certificates without having to go into each profile. Does anyone know of a way to send the completion email to the manager as well as to the learner? Or even if there could be a monthly report that included the link to the certificates?(grabbing at straws here!)Thanks! 

Question regarding the upcoming update will this allow users to move onto the next milestone, even if they have not completed required content in the milestones? 

We use Ti to train our customers on our software. We are interested in exploring putting content more directly into our software instead of always sending them out to Ti through a link in our tech. Wanted to see if other folks have considered (or done) something similar. A few of the things we have considered are:Using a tool like Pendo Enabling the In-App widget that Ti offers (I am assuming this is a similar experience to what Ti does on the Admin side when you select Help)? Building an experience from scratch utilizing the Ti APIs

We created a course group in our sandbox environment and promoted/copied it to our production environment. Once in production, we created one session from the course group before we realized that two of the sections of the course group had not been published. We immediately published them in the main course group, but ever since then when we create a new session from it, one of the two sections that weren’t originally published still creates one of those sections as unpublished in the new session (even though both sections are now published in the course group). Has anyone else run across this bug? If so, have you figured out a solution/fix for it?thanks,

The only roster-like data that we can provide panorama admins is via reporting, which is very problematic because the reports are historic and list all enrollments. They are not the current state of enrollment for a course (not a current roster) and we can’t filter them to show only the current state.We really need a way to effectively provide panorama admins with a current roster because that is a function that most of our clients need, especially when there are seat limits set for vILT/ILT courses.This is related to  and  

Just wanted to know if anyone used the merge report function and got the report correctly.I am trying to create a custom report based on the below filters:-1. All Sublicenses in the Panorama2. All Learner - Name and Email id3. Learner Content Status - Started, Completed5. Certificate Status - Earned Date and Expiry DateI tried to create a custom report based on the above requirements using the merge feature, I merged 2 reports - Learner Content Progress and Certificates, however the report is not giving me the expiry date of the certificates, but when I do individual certificate report the data has the expiry date.When I merge the certificate data with Learner content progress report the expiry date gets lost.Is there a suggestion for this, please.

I am wondering if you can point me in a direction for this.We are looking to combine our English and Spanish versions of each individual module into one module so that the LMS tracks either version as one object. The learner would choose their preferred language at the start of each module.  I have been researching this topic and have not found mush on it. Any help in pointing to resources would be much appreciated.
