SCORM Reporting Data

We have a large number of eLearning courses (SCORM) uploaded to TI that include assessments. We are attempting to pull that assessment data (grades, passed/failed, questions and answers) but for eLearning courses this is only possible by going into the content section and pulling the SCORM report one course at a time which really is not possible with all the eLearning courses we have in TI. Does anyone have another solution? I could not find anything on the API page or the Help Center in TI on pulling SCORM reports on a large scale instead of one course at a time.

Reporting visualization

Hello, We have one panorama with four sublicenses. I can get a basic report listing the learner name, sublicense name, and last active. I am struggling to get a bar chart showing the number per sublicense. Any help would be very appreciated. Wayne

Managing sublicenses

We are moving down the path of having a fairly complex sub-license structure in order in increase efficiencies. The one piece of pushback that I am getting from admins is that the number of sublicenses is too many and will only continue to grow and grow. I agree with them here. How do you manage your sublicense so that it’s not overwhelming to admins? We don’t want to delete sublicenses, just hide or find a way to better manage them.

Fluid Time Stamp for Reporting

Site Visit report w/ filters

Hello,I am trying to create a basic report showing me how many times our LMS site is accesses per month. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Ti provides a canned Login Details report (Path: ReportHub > Library > Site Activity > Login Details). I’ve tried and tried to recreate within Explorer reports but not having any luck.Thank you in advance,Wayne

Scavenger Hunt Ideas?

Hi - has anyone created a “scavenger hunt” type of an exercise for getting learners used to TI, the content available, and navigation? If so, I’m wondering how you did it? Did you simply make a .pdf document available? Did you create something in TI that would lend itself to this kind of exercise? I’m leaning away from using any TI pages/content because I’m thinking that would require the user to continue to close out of the page to search/find the answers.Any thoughts on this from anyone? Would love to hear what you’ve done, or would like to do!Thanks,Julie

Hey everyone!Our team has been trying for over a year to get SSO configured with our product (so that when you log in to our product dashboard, you can click a link to Thought Industries, and you’re automatically logged in).We have been struggling to get help from our dev team to “do what needs to be done” on our product side so that we can enable SSO for Ti. Adding SMEs to Content

Hello Fellow Ideators! We’re newer to TI, and our content library is growing quickly. Does anyone use the TI Platform to track and report subject matter experts or key contacts for a piece of content? Ideally we’d like to track who the SME is for each piece of content so we can:run a report contact the SME identify if updates are needed or the content should be retiredall in TI instead of tracking this via Excel or something else outside of the system.Digging through the various types of content, I didn’t see a field we could use for an SME that isn’t visible to the learners.We already use the Author field to display pricing (we cannot use the CC eCommerce). We do not have a separate content management system (outside of TI or OneDrive/local networks). We actively use Courses, Micro Learning, Videos, Learning Paths, and upload PDFs that we’d want to review annually.🤔 Do you track SMEs for pieces of content in Thought Industries? If so where/how? If not, how do you manage your content
